This policy explains refunds and cancellations for services and courses purchased from Ashvya MSME.
Consultation and service/facilitation fees are for professional effort and government/portal processing. Once work has commenced or documents have been filed, fees are non-refundable. Where work has not started, a cancellation request within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Due to the digital nature of our courses, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, as content becomes immediately available. If you have not accessed any course content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by writing to info@ashvyaservices.com.
Statutory/government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable as they are paid to third-party authorities.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. GST and payment-gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.
